Fluorescent leak detection powder is designed to aid in locating the source of leaks in seams, welds, and bags within dust collection systems. Simply introduce the fine (3 microns) powder into the dirty air stream and inspect the area for the intense fluorescent glow with a black ultra-violet light on the clean side. This powder works great to pinpoint holes or tears in existing systems, ensure proper installation on new systems, and even help locate potential leaks before they occur. Great for warehouse or industrial building dust collection units, it is non-hazardous and nontoxic with a decomposition point of 660° F / 350° C, allowing it to withstand high-temperature systems without decomposing inside.
